The charity got your donation. The cause got what was left.

Up to 35 cents of every dollar you donate never reaches the cause. That’s not an accident. That’s a system flaw.

GivPact was built to fix this.

donors don’t trust charities to spend their money wisely

The other 2 in 3 just haven’t looked closely enough yet.

Giving is broken. Not because people don’t care. Because they can’t see.

Donation platforms verify who is asking for money. Nobody verifies that the money was actually used correctly. Your donation passes through multiple hands before it reaches the cause — and at every step, a portion of what you gave disappears.

This is not an accident. Charitable giving was never designed around proof. It was designed around trust. And trust, it turns out, is not enough.

donors stop giving when they can’t see how their money was spent

Transparency isn’t optional. It’s what keeps donors giving.

What if you could see exactly where every dollar went?

Every donation deserves verification. Not a summary. Not an annual report. Independent, verifiable evidence that your money arrived and was used for exactly what you intended.

What if proof wasn't a promise. It was a verified transaction.

Proof of Impact.

GivPact is the verification layer that giving never had.

GivPact was built around one idea — giving should come with proof of impact.

Not a promise of impact.

Not a report of impact.

Proof.

We don’t ask you to trust the charity. We don’t ask you to trust us. Every donation is independently verified and placed on a public record — so you always know exactly where your money went and how it was used.

A model built around proof.

GivPact operates on a direct-to-vendor model built to drive transparency. We don’t transfer donations to charities directly — instead we pay their vendors, the suppliers, service providers, and institutions that charities spend their money on.

Every charity partner is independently verified before they join the platform. Every invoice submitted by a charity is validated and every vendor is verified before a single dollar moves. Each payment is published on a public ledger — permanently, without exception, visible to anyone.

Built on one conviction. Giving should be verifiable.

Thousands of grassroots charities around the world are doing extraordinary work in silence. The people funding them have no way to see it. The people who would fund them have no reason to trust it.

Most donors have felt it at some point. The hesitation before committing to a cause. The quiet uncertainty about whether it will matter. The receipt that arrives and tells you nothing except that money left your account. You gave because you wanted to create impact — but you will never really know if you did.

We believe this is not a generosity problem. It is a transparency problem. A foundation of public, verifiable proof has never existed in charitable giving. GivPact is working on building that foundation.

Believe in this? Here is how you can help.

Contribute

If you already donate to causes you care about, we want to understand how you give and what matters to you when you do. Whether you give as an individual or manage a corporate CSR programme, your perspective on transparency and accountability in giving is exactly what we need to hear. We are building GivPact for people like you and your support can help shape what it becomes.

Refer

If you know a grassroots charity doing genuine, frontline work — a shelter, a food programme, a community clinic — we want to hear about them. Most extraordinary charities never reach the donors who would fund them simply because they cannot prove their impact. GivPact changes that. Tell us about a charity you believe in and we will take it from there.

Collaborate

If you work in impact investing, corporate sustainability, philanthropy, or simply believe that transparency in giving is long overdue — we would like to talk. GivPact is early stage and we are actively looking for people who want to collaborate and take this to the next level. Whether that is an introduction, a partnership, or just a conversation, reach out and let’s explore it together.
